The following facilities are available for rental to the general public by reservation:
Downtown Lodge/Ball Room
- 82' 8" x 47' 9.5" floorspace (3,950 ft2)
- Isolated from Clubroom
- Separate entrance towards Black Street
- Restroom facilities
- A Cash bar is provided for four (4) hours, if requested
- Contact our Club Manager (Dawn Collins) at (803) 328-2458 for reservation and current pricing
- Rental hours are from 12:00 noon to 12:00 midnight on the date of reservation.
- Rental cost includes the use of the Lodge's tables and chairs:
- Twenty-three (23) 8' x 2' tables
- Ten (10) 5' round tables
- Over 240 chairs
Ballentine Pavillion and surrounding area
- 40' x 40' covered, climatized floorspace (roughly)
- 15' x 40' attached deck
- 2.5 to 3 acres of outside area with children's playground, picnic tables, horseshoe pitts, restroom facilities, and boat peir
- All-Day and Hourly rentals available (three hour minimum)

Downtown Lodge Upstairs Dining Room
- Slideshow of Dining Room
- Located above the Clubroom with separate outside entrance facing Main Street
- Long stretched bar, many tables with chairs, small band area.
- The kitchen is available for counterspace and refrigeration use.
- Rental hours are from 12:00 noon to 12:00 midnight on the date of reservation.
- A Cash bar is provided for four (4) hours, if requested.
